🔁 Return & Refund Policy

At Urban Curio, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the conditions below.

🕒 Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

📦 Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Footwear must be returned in the original box and placed inside a protective shipping box.

• Items marked as final sale or limited drops are not eligible for return.

• Urban Curio reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

🚚 How to Return

1. Contact our customer service at contact@urban-curio.com to request a return authorization.

2. You will receive return instructions and the return address.

3. Ship the product using a trackable service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

💳 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

• Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🧾 Exchanges

Exchanges are currently not offered. If you wish to change an item, please return it and place a new order.

❌ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
